Paintball encouraged teamwork, communication, and strategic thinking, as students worked together, planned their moves, and supported their teammates. Archery helped them build focus, patience, and control, giving them a sense of accomplishment as their skills improved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The obstacle courses challenged students physically and mentally, pushing them to test their balance, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Overcoming each challenge built confidence and resilience, showing them that they could succeed when they stayed determined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The BBQ lunch offered a welcome break in the middle of the day, giving students a chance to relax, enjoy a meal together, and reflect on the fun and challenges of the morning. Sharing food in a casual setting strengthened friendships and reinforced the sense of community that had been formed during the activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, the trip supported students\u2019 social, emotional, and physical development. It taught cooperation, boosted self-esteem, and encouraged perseverance.
